Email List UPDATE

We maintain a database of approximately 1,000 members. If we have a valid email address on file for you, you should receive several email notifications prior to each meeting.

If you are not receiving these announcements, it is likely that we do not have a current email address for you, or that our messages are being filtered into your spam or junk folder. It’s also possible we have dropped you from our list because of inactivity.

DROPPED FROM LIST?

Over the past year, we have begun regularly updating our mailing list by removing individuals who have not attended a meeting within the past five years. This process will continue on an annual basis to help keep our records accurate and up to date.

If you believe you fall into this category but would like to remain on our mailing list, please contact us at so we can ensure you are not removed.

SPAM PROBLEM

Several members have noted that our emails are ending up in their spam or junk folders. To prevent this happening to you, consider creating a filter.  Here’s how to do that in Gmail.  Other email clients should have something similar.

  1. Click the gear icon and select “See all settings” from the Quick settings menu.
  2. Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” in the top menu.
  3. Select “Create a new filter”
  4. Add
in the “from” field.  Click create filter.
  5. Check “Never send it to Spam” in the checkbox.
  6. Click Create Filter.

Other email clients likely have a similar process.  It may also help if you add to your contacts in your email program.

IF ANY OF YOUR DATA CHANGES
