Attending just one meeting of the Nature Photographers of the Pacific Northwest puts you on our mailing list for life.
We maintain a database of about 1700 members. As you can imagine the data in that file can get stale if members are not attending our meetings on a regular basis. If we have a valid email address for you, you should receive an email notice 5 weeks and 2 weeks before each meeting. If you haven’t been getting the notices, it’s likely we don’t have a working email address for you or maybe our announcements are being filtered into your spam or junk folder. To prevent that, please put “mail @ nppnw.org” into your address book.
IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGES
If you change your email address please let us know via our online update form. If your email bounces we will send you one snail mail notice of our upcoming meeting along with a request to update your email address. If we don’t hear back from you, your name will be removed from our mailing list. Help us cut costs by keeping us informed of email changes.
IF YOU MOVE
If you move, please send us your new mailing address and phone number via our update form. We don’t want to lose touch with you.
IF YOU WANT TO SUBSCRIBE
If you are not on our mailing list, but would like to get meeting notifications, please use the update form to give us your data.
IF YOU WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE
If at anytime you are no longer interested in receiving notices of our meetings, you can easily unsubscribe from the list by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the next email we send you or click the Contact link in the menu to send us a request to take your name off our mailing list.
